Fredagsmys

The big cosy robe is one and I'm drinking a large glass of red. Happy Friday! Early start for me tomorrow, at the hairdresser 8.30 for colour, highlights, cut and blow.

Thursday already... was going to cycle in today but it looks like it is going to rain so I'll play safe and take the bus. Might pop up to Waitrose and get some food shopping done after work also so easier to go on the bus. Have my hair consultation booked on my lunch hour today so see if I'll decide to colour my hair darker.

Back from London

3 days and 2 nights in London went very quick. We stayed at the Radison Hampshire at Leicester Square again which is great because it is just in the centre and walking distance to Convent Garden, Oxford Street, Soho - the best shopping, bars, casinos, theathres, shows and restaurants. I have just unpacked my suitcase with my shopping. Lots of underwear, tights and leggins and also some dresses, tops and earings. And a robe. And a beatiful beatiful new handbag from Ted Baker that my husband bought me for our 6 months wedding anniversary on 25 August.

Nice to be back to Jersey again after our mini break. It is still summer and warm here but it is getting darker in the evenings and the autumn is approaching. Looking forward to start my studies again and have signed up for a new course, Applied Business Law which starts in just weeks. Also look forward to getting back into routine with the gym and aims to go down 2 dress sizes, back to where I was about 2 years ago. It is easy to gain weight when you marry a chef that wines and dines you... and when you love chocoloate, cheese and wine.

Days feels so mixed up after a few days of. On the bus home now. Need to sort out my suitcase and unpack my clothes.

Got a consultation booked for tomorrow at the hairdresser, think I want to colour my hair. It is too blonde.

Home Sweet Home

Back in Jersey again. I am tired, my feet are tired and my VISA card is very tired. Lots of shopping, nice food, drinks, a lot of walking and nice company. A lovely short break in London. Back to work and reality tomorrow.

A rainy day at University and nobody had a flat big enough for all of us, we were probably 30 people.. so instead we held the party in the basement, in the bicycle storage room. As it was in the beginning of the term when people move in/move out we even managed to find two old sofas in the garbage room. A great night with singing, drinking and playing games.
